Bay and Pat Buchanan – love being the “whitebread” of American politics

bdb03f5e999491c8 That’s Pat Buchanan’s head exploding after trying so hard to spread his venom about Sonja Sotomayer!  I would like to know how he and his sister Bay were raised?  Both are exceedingly negative, anal and threatened by all strong women. Neither likes the prospect that America is a melting pot.  They are Hellbent on getting their like minded “pure blood’ followers to not accept that the world has changed while both of them remain in some type of Freudian, Aryan  time warp.
Pat and Bay bitch and moan and say the most demeaning and hurtful things because they have been raised with a ‘no-toleration’ policy. All Pat and Bay want is for America to remain white and Christianized and run by those same old white old men who signed the Constitution and then all will be right and white with the world. His argument is always the same, whites made this country, (discarding that they also enslaved and suppressed  other people.)
I watched the other night when Pat was with Pulitzer Prize winner writer, Eugene Robinson. They debated Sonja Sotomayer. Pat was as usual ranting that she was a dummy, (everyone is a dummy to both Pat and Bay, I would like to see their grades in college compared with some of the people they criticize.) Pat went on about how affirmative action got her into college and then slammed affirmative action babies as he always does, to which a wonderful and calm and very classy, Eugene Robinson replied that he was one of those affirmative action babies. Pat, true to his form, still slammed Eugene.
At least people like Pat and Bay are out in the open with their misogyny and  racism, at least we know who they are and who they appeal to. Somehow in their stunted childhoods, something had to have been banged into their heads! Both are a mirror of each others thoughts.  Their brand of  Christianity is neither charitable or Christian!  Read on…

Pat ’s lovely frame of mind:

On the Republican Party “overreacting” to David Duke and his Nazi “costume”: “Take a hard look at Duke’s portfolio of winning issues and expropriate those not in conflict with GOP principles, [such as] reverse discrimination against white folks.” (syndicated column, 2/25/89)

Writing of “group fantasies of martyrdom,” Buchanan challenged the historical record that thousands of Jews were gassed to death by diesel exhaust at Treblinka: “Diesel engines do not emit enough carbon monoxide to kill anybody.” (New Republic, 10/22/90) Buchanan’s columns have run in the Liberty Lobby’s Spotlight, the German-American National PAC newsletter and other publications that claim Nazi death camps are a Zionist concoction.

On AIDS, Buchanan wrote in 1983: “The poor homosexuals — they have declared war upon nature, and now nature is extracting an awful retribution (AIDS).” (Los Angeles Times, 11/28/86)

“Rail as they will about ‘discrimination,’ women are simply not endowed by nature with the same measures of single-minded ambition and the will to succeed in the fiercely competitive world of Western capitalism.” (syndicated column, 11/22/83)

Bay Buchanan:

On Sotomayer: ...”And what is all this nonsense about “the richness of her experience.”  This lady was born in the Big Apple, went to Blessed Sacrament grade school (the Buchanans went to the DC version), Cardinal Spellman high school, Princeton University and Yale Law School.  That’s a Catholic education, followed by the Ivies.  She’s a member of the elite, for goodness sake.  So let’s cut the “compelling story” crap.”

On Hillary Clinton: Hillary is a “dedicated, unapologetic liberal,” Buchanan writes. She’s passably smart, but barely competent.

After speech by George Bush naming terrorists, here is the typical GOP thought of using the old “Commie” word to enhance fear…
“He (Bush)gave a face to this enemy…up to now it’s war on terrorists, we’re after terrorists. And now he actually called it, it was radical Islam. He gave ideas of what their methods are, how they recruit, what their goals were. And he tied Iraq into it. The goal that would be a base for them, then they would spread out from there.I think what he did — then he tied the communism into it, which is something tangible Americans can understand…”
